Efficiency is Everything

Process efficiency is essential to achieving the desired results. Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) is one way to reach that end goal.  S.A.I.D. Strategy implemented this process to assist one of our clients with refining their trustee board meeting process to increase efficiency. New workflows and tools were created to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables. Reports with ongoing monitoring were utilized to show commitment to overall improvement.
