As the Founder and President of S.A.I.D. Strategy Group Incorporated, Connie Wyatt Winston has been helping teams reach their goals for over 25 years as a certified Project Management Professional and Professional in Business Analysis (PMP® and PMI-PBA®). Since 2014, Connie has grown S.A.I.D. Strategy to. become a nationally recognized professional services management consulting partner. The S.A.I.D. Strategy team utilizes its industry expertise to put the pieces together and complete projects with superior stakeholder satisfaction.
As an instinctual problem solver, Connie leads S.A.I.D. Strategy’s certified, expert consulting team with a focus on client organizational culture, driving engagements forward, building trust, and lasting relationships. A lifelong learner, Connie earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and certificates in the following disciplines: Strategy Essentials of Project Management from The University of Chicago, Entrepreneurship from Harold Washington College (Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program), Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, and Customer Relationship Management from DePaul University. As a thought leader in project management, Connie is a contributing author of the book “The Keys to Our Success – Second Edition, Tools, Techniques, Templates, and Ideas That Some of Our Best Project Managers Use to Be Successful”.
